Moran Enterprises, Inc. has retained Challenge Group International, LLC to secure a strategic oil & gas partner/operator to invest in and manage their Southeast Texas assets by and through their affiliate Siempre Energy, LLC. and related investment funds. These assets are combined on-shore and off-shore shallow waters on the gulf coast of Texas. The company is seeking a partner/operator to also pursue other oil & gas acquisitions in surrounding states of Louisiana, Oklahoma & New Mexico as well as Texas. Siempre Energy, LLC has secured a multi- million dollar credit facility with a Texas bank and provided additional capital with private equity funds of the principals of Moran Enterprises and related parties.
